Our team consists of:
Melanie graduated in 1996 in both Dutch law and Notarial law. She has worked as a junior civil-law notary at various notary offices. In addition, she has worked as an SVB lawyer, has taught at the UNA and ABC Education & Training. In addition, she also completed the ABC Legal Assistant course.
In 2001 she became an entrepreneur and advises companies and individuals. She has been working as a lawyer since 2016. She also holds various additional positions as Supervisory Board. Her broad knowledge of the law has allowed her to make collective labor agreements for various companies on Curaçao and she has a broad financial knowledge of annual figures and tax legislation.
Thervin graduated in 2014 in Bachelor Accountancy with a major in Controlling. In addition, he was able to successfully complete the Payroll course.
His work consists of all-round advising what is needed and preparing legal cases, debtor administration, debt collection, payrolling. Drawing up and checking annual figures is also part of his job.
